After fifteen years at a job I didn’t enjoy and had no hopes of ever moving further up in, I decided it was time for me to make a change. I had always dreamed of having my own work from home business but had reservations that I could make enough money to support my family. I did a lot of research trying to find a legitimate home business that offered continual growth and profits. It took a while but I finally found what I was looking for.

Before I made the final step by quitting my job, I wanted to make sure I was ready. I didn’t want to keep second-guessing myself or my abilities so I began reading about the law of attraction. Simply put, thinking and speaking positively helped make dreams a reality. The concept is very simple in theory, but not always so easy to do. Things tend to happen by what we speak into existence. This can be with positive things and negative things; I wanted to make sure I wasn’t speaking the negative into existence.

I began reading several different books that helped individuals with self development and taught people to think their dreams and aspirations into reality. The books were very helpful to me to give me the confidence I needed to move forward with my home business. I turned in my resignation and dove in head first without any reservations whatsoever.

I made that decision four years ago and today I am making ten times the money I made at my job, and am working half the hours. It is such a liberating feeling to be able to work from home and not have to worry about the stresses of a job I disliked so much. I never knew how much stress and frustration my job had been causing me until I no longer was working there. The day I walked out of that office for the last time was like a rebirth. I felt so free. The law of attraction has helped me to be successful in every aspect of my life; not only my work but also the relationships I have with my family and friends.

I truly believe the key to my success was taking the time for self development and learning to speak my dreams into reality. The increase in the income has been wonderful but being free from the day to day rut I was stuck in at my job is the best part of it all.

Believing You Can

When I began my work from home business, I adopted a philosophy that has propelled me and my business further than I had ever imagined possible. The single most important aspect of business as well as most things in life is the belief that you will succeed. That may sound pretty basic, but you would be amazed how many people go into business with negative thoughts of failure. I, however, went into business with positive thoughts of success.

The basic understanding of the principle of the law of attraction is the philosophy I hold for myself and my business. This states that you can speak and think success and failure into existence. Forward thinking and believing in what you are doing is far more powerful than most understand. Speaking your future into existence which can be both positive and negative is an extremely important tool in anything that you do.

The vital key to self-development and moving forward towards your dreams and goals is having the power to think in the positive and act in the positive. When I began my business I refused to believe or even think that I would fail; I knew I had the tools and the ability to succeed and all I had to do was push forward and grab my success. There were many people who questioned my motives and thought it was risky starting a home business at this time when the economy is in such shambles. But I was not swayed by the negative as I believed it was the perfect time to start my work from home business. It’s been over a year since I began my business and I’ve already achieved a higher income than I had ever had when working a job.

There are some who don’t understand the concept or philosophy of the law of attraction and often will be skeptical about its power. I am living proof that this concept is a very powerful way to succeed in what you set out to accomplish. Learning how to think effectively in order to have positive results is a proven system of success. I do not allow negative thoughts to fill my mind. Doubts and fears about the decisions you make is as good as speaking failure into existence. However, allowing yourself to think only in the positive will keep you on a clear path to success.
